To maintain a professional and supportive learning environment at MindTree, registrants agree to the following:
Attendance
Attendance and participation are expected for workshops providing CEUs. One hour is equivalent to 1 CEU and participants may receive prorated credit for partial attendance.
There will be a sign-in sheet for in-person workshops to count attendance. For online workshops, please use your first and last name to ensure certificates are issued correctly. Please contact our front desk if your chosen name differs and should be added to the certificate.
Participation
Registration is nontransferable and a single attendee is permitted per registration. Unregistered persons should not receive information on accessing the workshop or sit with attendees during an online event.
As some of our workshops may require cameras to be turned on, it may be optional for others. We will confirm participation by reviewing the meeting attendance record.
Conduct
Instructors reserve the right to request any participant to exit workshops who exhibit threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Confidentiality
Participants will be notified prior to the start of the event if recording or transcription will occur.
Intellectual Property
Any materials provided before, during, or after workshops are the intellectual property of the instructors and/or MindTree. Altering, repurposing, or distributing these materials without written permission is prohibited.
Fragrance Free (in person participants)
In an effort to maintain an accessible and fragrance-free environment for all participants, we ask that you please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes or any scented hygiene products.
