Cancellations at MindTree

2 business days (48 hour) notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
In person sessions can be switched to telehealth as needed (illness, running late, etc.).
Fee may be waived if:
- Session is rescheduled for the same week.
- The therapist is unable to attend.

We are located on the Second Floor of the Highlands Building.
Once inside the building, go up the Elevator or take the stairs to the second floor and turn left onto the main corridor.
MindTree Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center Suite 210 will be located towards your left.
