- 2 business days (48 hour) notice for cancellations.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
- In person sessions can be switched to telehealth as needed (illness, running late, etc.).
- Fee may be waived if:
- Session is rescheduled for the same week.
- The therapist is unable to attend.
Client Portal
Through the secure client portal, existing clients can access their intake documents, upload paperwork, find their telehealth link, check appointment schedules, message their clinician, and update contact or billing information.
