Everyone gets angry, but when anger becomes more frequent, intense, or difficult to control, that is when we need to intervene. 

When left untreated, trauma can make everyday life feel overwhelming. It can disrupt the ability to concentrate, form healthy relationships, or even feel safe. 

Some degree of worrying is normal, but when the worry feels like it’s happening all the time, it’s important to do something about it. 

Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming.  But you don't have to navigate alone...help is available and healing is possible.
