About This Event

Join us for our relaxing and rejuvenating retreat with our wellness professional,Kristin Fein.

This weekly wellness session includes gentle music, aromatherapy, guided meditation, mindfulness, and more:

  • Basic hatha yoga - gentle and restorative
  • Optional Foot Massage
  • Back Tapping (using base of fists repetitively gently tapping relieving stress and tension)
  • Breath Awareness Practice
  • Mindfulness
  • Inspirational Sharing
  • Nurturing through Visualization of Nature's Beauty
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga Poses
  • Stretching Body Improving Energy, Comfort and Flexibility

This is a time and space conducive for overall care of your wellness.

All backgrounds and experience levels welcome–this class is open to everyone regardless of experience.

Please wear loose, comfy clothing and feel free to bring blankets, mats, and anything else to help you sit/lay and breathe with ease.

Our space comfortably accommodates 5 to 10 people for this experience, so advanced registration guarantees your spot. We provide yoga props.
