Kristin is a compassionate wellness practitioner who offers integrative mind–body–energy support for individuals of all ages. With a gentle, grounded presence, she creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access their natural capacity for healing and balance.

Kristin is a Hatha and Prenatal Yoga Instructor (RYT 200), certified through The Movement Center in Portland, Oregon, and a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, trained at the Apositiva Institute in Portland. She is also a mother of two and brings deep care, intuition, and real-life understanding into her work with children, teens, and adults.

Her approach weaves together physical awareness, nervous system regulation, subconscious healing, and energetic support, meeting each client exactly where they are. Kristin believes that true wellness arises when the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person are gently supported together.

Yoga & Wellness Practices (All Ages)

Kristin’s yoga and wellness sessions are accessible, supportive, and thoughtfully adapted for all body types, ages, and experience levels. Her offerings may include gentle Hatha yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, guided relaxation, and nervous system regulation techniques.

  • Building self-awareness and inner calm

Kristin offers variations and options throughout each session, honoring individual needs and comfort levels. Her intention is to help clients feel more connected, balanced, and at ease—both during and after their practice.

Hypnotherapy & NLP (All Ages)

Kristin offers hypnotherapy and NLP sessions designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and positive change. Using a gentle, collaborative approach, she guides clients into a deeply relaxed state that allows access to the subconscious mind—where habits, patterns, and inner resources reside.

Sessions support:

  • Stress and anxiety reduction

  • Confidence and self-esteem

  • Emotional regulation

  • Habit change and goal alignment

  • Inner resilience and clarity

Each session begins with a thoughtful intake to understand goals and intentions. Kristin customizes every experience, guiding clients safely and compassionately while empowering them with tools they can carry into daily life.

Reiki Healing Energy (All Ages)

Kristin offers Reiki energy healing, a gentle, non-invasive modality supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki sessions are calming and restorative, helping clients release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner ease and well-being.

Reiki may be supportive for:

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Fatigue and energetic imbalance

  • Life transitions

  • Overall well-being and self-care

Sessions are offered in a calm, respectful environment and are suitable for children, teens, and adults.

Kristin is a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho practitioner, trained through the Lisa Powers Academy. She has completed Level II (Okuden) Reiki certification, which builds upon foundational training in Level I (Shoden), and has been offering Reiki as part of her holistic practice since 2019.

Kristin’s work is rooted in kindness, presence, and deep respect for each individual’s journey. Every session is personalized, collaborative, and guided by compassion. Her goal is to help clients feel supported, seen, and empowered as they move toward greater balance, clarity, and well-being.

Cost: Individual Session is $120 or 4 for $375
