Welcome to an inclusive space to find support, belonging, and accessible ways to gentlycalm the mind and release tension from the body. Although this is a trauma-informedyoga class, we will specifically explore how to free what our bodies have held to protectus. Each person is valued, seen, and belongs. Mindful, somatic movement and breathingwill be introduced, and compassionate self care will be taught.

Benefits include improved flexibility, digestion, sense of wellbeing, sleep, and sense ofpurpose. This class is a place to build community in a supported and calm environmentwithout judgment. Classes are neurodivergent-aware.

Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor | Reiki Healer | Currently accepting new clients

Lisa is a trauma informed yoga teacher and Reiki Healer that specializes in guiding people of all ages to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, their intuition and a healthy mindset. She is gentle and uses a self paced practice to empower and cultivate safety back into the body. Each person is directed back to their self worth and innate wisdom.

All backgrounds and experience levels welcome–this class is open to everyoneregardless of experience.

Please wear loose, comfy clothing and feel free to bring blankets, mats, and anythingelse to help you sit/lay and breathe with ease.

Our space comfortably accommodates 5 to 10 people for this experience, so advancedregistration guarantees your spot. We provide yoga props.
