About This Event

Join us for our relaxing and rejuvenating retreat with our wellness professional, Kristin Fein.

This monthly retreat includes gentle music, aromatherapy, guided meditation and mindfulness. Kristin will guide you through gentle movement, back tapping, foot massage and peaceful relaxation time.

This is a time and space conducive for overall care of your wellness.

We encourage everyone of all ages of the community to sign up for this Restorative Retreat by joining one of our monthly events hosted at MindTree Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center.
