Infant Massage and Parent Support

Connect and Communicate with your baby through the power of your loving touch. Classes are for parents and caregivers to learn powerful massage techniques to share with their babies in a supportive and nurturing environment. Infant massage provides numerous benefits to parents and babies:

Learning to massage your baby is FUN and will provide comfort and stress relief for you and your baby. Classes are small, supportive and tailored to meet your baby’s individual needs. Relax and enjoy the benefits of learning infant massage as you deepen your relationship with your baby. You will also learn how to adapt the massage time to help your child grow through different stages of development. Connect with other parents and caregivers, learning from and supporting each other.

About Instructor – Classes are led by Amy Baker. Amy is a licensed individual and family therapist serving adults, children and teens. She learned to teach infant massage in 1999 with the International Association of Infant Massage and has been sharing its benefits with parents ever since. Amy enjoys sharing infant massage as another way to support healthy family living, strengthening the foundation of attachment between you and your baby.

Dates- Fridays from 1-2pm
