Welcome to our Dhyana Yoga Studio at MindTree, since we strongly believe in integrating movement, art, Yoga and meditation. Dhyana is a state of deep meditation and is the 7th of the 8 limbs of Yoga. Dhyana is derived from the Sanskrit words,dhi, meaning “receptacle” or “the mind”; and yana, meaning “moving” or “going.” An alternate root word, dhyai, means “to think of.” We have regular group classes and private instruction at our studio to be inspired to move, meditate and energize.

Breastfeeding and Returning to work

About Class:This comprehensive workshop covers basics of returning to work outside the home and continuing the breastfeeding relationship with your baby. We discuss pumping, milk storage, paced feeding, and acknowledge the emotions surrounding this time. Come with your questions and concerns, and leave feeling confident you will have a plan for this next season of your life.
