Breastfeeding and Returning to work
About Class:This comprehensive workshop covers basics of returning to work outside the home and continuing the breastfeeding relationship with your baby. We discuss pumping, milk storage, paced feeding, and acknowledge the emotions surrounding this time. Come with your questions and concerns, and leave feeling confident you will have a plan for this next season of your life.

EDGU – Moving Meditation for Spinal Maintenance

About Class– A self-empowering Evolutionary Spinal Maintenance practice that gently exercises our intervertebral disks to maintain their inherent cushioning and pliability.
