Susan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individuals, couples, and families. Susan has been in practice as a marriage and family therapist since 2007 and works with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are pre-marital counseling, couples therapy, infertility, pre and post adoption, trauma, self-esteem, and second half of life issues.

Susan works with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates a variety of methodologies and techniques offering a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.


Susan holds a Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University (2007), and a Master’s of Arts in Spiritual Formation from George Fox Seminary (2010).


Susan is an Oregon State approved supervisor for LPC and LMFT interns offing supervision for post graduate hours towards licensure. She provides support and constructive guidance in improving clinical skills, as well as helping interns work through possible emotional reactions that can happen when working with clients. Together you will work towards professional growth and balance preparing for the professional counseling field.
