Speech and Language Pathologist, Yoga Instructor
I am pediatric speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping young children feel safe and comfortable in speech therapy sessions. I love using my skills as a speech therapist in conjunction with my experience as a children’s yoga instructor to incorporate breath, movement, mindfulness and play into my therapy sessions.
The most rewarding part of my career is being able to build strong relationships with my clients and their families through connection, commitment and compassion. I am especially passionate about helping shy children feel more comfortable in speech therapy sessions through the use of yoga and play.

Sprouted Roots Therapy & Wellness does not directly bill medical insurance. Instead, we provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network provider reimbursement. Although, we are out of network with insurance panels this does not mean your insurance will not cover all or a portion of speech therapy treatment. It is your responsibility to check with your provider to determine if your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits for pediatric speech therapy. Speech therapy sessions are reimbursable through Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, and we accept all HSA and FSA debit/credit cards. Oregon Health Plan, Medicare and national insurances that exclude out-of network visits will not be eligible for reimbursement.
