The experiences we have in life affect our sense of who we are, and in turn affect how we engage with the world. We all desire to express ourselves in a manner that is authentic to who we are in our heart, and to then be accepted for being ourselves. I work with you to help you understand the aspects of yourself you present or hide from the world, so that you can determine what aspects are most authentic, and how to be your best self.
My work with clients incorporates holistic and creative interventions proven to be effective, including art, movement, meditation, writing, music, imagery, and sandplay. Applied in your everyday life, this results in you feeling more relaxed, having a sense of choice, and having an enhanced sense of peace, connection, and well-being.
Life is full of experiences that can bring growth and change. As humans we are full of potential. I aspire to work with people from all walks of life, at any stage of life, especially children, adolescents, and families interested in becoming their authentic self.
