Access Bars

The Access Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality “The Bars.”

The Bars store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. For example: every thought you have ever had about money

that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called “money (or joy or creativity).” There are 32 different ones in all. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named. Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life

the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life just by touching it.

When you clear attitudes, beliefs, and conclusions in the areas of your life that can trigger anxiety, anger, impatience, or confusion, you will find the symptoms lift along with the beliefs and conclusions and the past experiences that were keeping them in place. Having your BARS run, as it is called, dissipates the triggers, or auto responses, dissipating the anxiety and other symptoms as well.

The benefits include what you can imagine life without anxiety could be, relaxation, better sleep, better concentration and focus, and ease with decisions and accomplishing goals.

Adults and children report amazing results such as reducing anxiety, better work performance, and higher grades. By deactivating this ongoing pattern to react with specific behavioral responses, the body can relax, the mind can clear, and life, especially family life, can be more joyful.

This modality, Access Bars, can also be taught so everyone can learn how to give the relaxing session to family and friends.

Right here at MindTree Holistic Counseling, you can learn more and schedule a session. It is a fantastic tool to incorporate with talk and play therapy.
