We are looking for providers who are passionate about Holistic care by implementing a Mind Body Wellness Approach. We are a collaborative, multidisciplinary team offering holistic treatments that address client's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. MindTree was established in 2016 in the Portland, Metro area of Oregon. Our vision is to contribute to the physical health and mental wellbeing of our clients. We strongly believe in treating a client as a whole by implementing a mind plus body integrative approach. 

We believe our practitioners should spent 100% of their time focused on patients. This is a W-2 position that offers the utmost flexibility to our practitioners. MindTree provides the following services to keep the focus on patients and less on paperwork.

• Client referrals based on your specialization and client’s needs- Option to do fully remote, telehealth-based practice
• Competitive compensation: Percentage of fees collected per session -Our therapists share of the compensation is ~$75 - $100/hour- Additional compensation for administrative work/trainings

• Administrative services for calendar management including scheduling/Re-Scheduling appointments
• All-inclusive Electronic Health Record with robust HIPAA compliant telehealth platform and hands-on training

• Fully licensed in the State of Oregon with 2 years post-independent licensure experience
• W2 employee position with the compensation being a percentage based on income received
• This is a full-time position (24+ clinical hours/week)
• Full time therapists should be available to work at least 28 hours a week with expectation of holding at least 24 client hours
• Interested therapists must have a ‘niche’ (couples, trauma, EMDR, family, pregnancy/postpartum, dance/movement therapy, art therapy, Yoga, eating disorders, Gottman, EFT, Buddhist psychology, sex therapy, somatic therapy etc.)
• The ideal candidates will be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected and a positive-minded group of clinicians
• Able to obtain professional liability insurance that meets board requirements
• US work authorization required. if offer extended, should be wiling to go through background check
• Must provide references relevant to the job position

Preference will be provided for candidates located in the State of Oregon and states where MindTree has a business license.

• Someone who wants to maintain a private practice while working for our team
• Someone who wants to open their own private practice in the future. It's great, but we are not the right fit for you. We invest a lot of time, training and building our practice. The ideal person is invested in being part of MindTree, willing to put in the time and energy, and not use this position to start their own practice.
